The hotel is conveniently located near St Paul's, Tate Modern, and Shakespeare Globe, making it perfect for exploring. My stay at the hotel was incredible! The service from the concierge to housekeeping was exceptional, and the location was excellent, very close to many attractions. However, there were some issues with the room service and family-friendliness of the pool area.
