The breakfast buffet offered many choices. Full English options existed. I noticed the staff were attentive. My room had nice ambient lighting. It was tidy. Train stations are close to the hotel. I found this very convenient. The afternoon tea was very nice. Hammad elevated the experience.

The pool hours did NOT fully accommodate families.

our stay felt magical. the spa pool shimmered, a water circuit inviting tender moments. mohamed ahmed greeted us always with kindness, finding us a perfect haven. the breakfast buffet, a tender spread, included delicious surprises.

the minibar remainded bare, it felt odd in our sweet duplex suite.

the staff was SUPER attentive to every need we had! the hotel interiors create a balance between luxury and comfort. i really loved that.

the in-room tablet wasn't working correctly! it kept showing a low battery message and shutting off, even when it was charging.

The breakfast was acceptable (especially the pastries!).

The shower was an issue. The water temperature fluctuated wildly between hot and cold, I reported this to reception twice, but nothing changed. The handheld shower delivered only a trickle of water and didn't fit properly in its holder, this was annoying.

I stayed in the luxury room, super clean. it was on a high floor, specifically floor 7. i found the gym facilities excellent. They were well-equipped and modern. the spa area was equally excellent. It was calm and beautifully designed.

i must admit, the soundproofing was a real letdown. every little noise seemed to travel through the walls. also, getting basic stuff like a toothbrush reminded me of pulling teeth. i waited ages, only to be told they were out. seriously???
